Now that you can make candied walnuts… let’s make a delicious, summer-appropriate salad!
Grilled Peach Salad with Candied Walnuts & Goat Cheese
- -Handful of candied walnuts recipe here
- -1-2 cups of Arugula
- -Goat cheese
- -Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- -Balsamic Vinegar
Step 1. Slice up the peaches and place onto a hot grill (either a grill pan on your stove top, an outside grill, or a George Forman would work here too) for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
Step 2. Assemble arugula in a bowl and add walnuts and crumble some goat cheese on top.
Step 3. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step 4. Top with peaches!
