I’ve had the pleasure of going to Israel when I was in college, and can attest to the authenticity and tastiness of these falafel! It’s likely all due to the husband and wife owners, Chef Einat Admony and Stefan Nafziger who opened the first location back in 2005. Taïm features upscale Israeli street food using quality ingredients!
