Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk I used almond
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon agave or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Toppings

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 small handful dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Overnight oats

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or tupperware. Mix well and place in the fridge overnight.

  2. Optional: top with sliced banana and dark chocolate chips

Quick oats

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
