Yepp, you read that right! You can make brownies with just 3 ingredients (four if you count salt!).
This is not a unique recipe, there are a lot of recipes out there for this 3-ingredient brownies using just Nutella, flour, and eggs. But, as always, my mind went to… well how can I make them different? better? more to my liking? Well I did two things:
1) Chocolate and salt are like a match made in heaven for me so as I always do, I added a tiny bit of salt to this recipe.
2) I also made dulce de leche using a can of condensed milk and drizzled that on top. See recipe here for my easy dulce le leche (link also below in recipe section)!
- 13 oz jar of Nutella
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- extra salt for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 12x6 pan or something similar (for example, an 8x8 pan).
Mix Nutella, eggs, flour and salt together until well combined and no clumps and pour into greased pan. Sprinkle optional salt on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and let rest for about 5-10 minutes before cutting.
Drizzle with dulce de leche (recipe in notes section)!
