- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
Instructions
Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Spicy Honey Drizzle
-
Heat oil in a cast iron pan or sauté pan on medium heat. Add brussels sprouts (Tip: don't overcrowd the pan, cook in batches if you need to) and cook for about 3 minutes or until browned.
-
Add in bacon, turn the brussels sprouts and brown on the other side, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
-
In the meantime, add honey, chili powder and cayenne pepper to a small sauce pan until honey melts, about 1 minute (if it starts to harden again before your brussels sprouts are done or you're not ready to serve just reheat it for another minute).
-
Remove brussels sprouts from the pan and drizzle with the spicy honey.
