Buffalo sauce, Dean’s Ranch dip, tender rotisserie chicken all married together on some soft slider buns? Oh, and some melty mozzarella cheese? Interested yet? Good!
My favorite part about making these sliders is that you can make 12 at one time and just slice them after they’re cooked! They’re also super easy to put together with just under 10 minutes of prep time.
These Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders make for the perfect tailgating or football house party recipe (or really just anything party-related)!
Ingredients
- 12 slider buns potato or Hawaiian preferred
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Dean’s Ranch Dip
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- Pinch salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional (seasoning for top of sliders)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning like from a seasoning packet
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350
-
Remove and separate all the meat from the rotisserie chicken (no skin or bone and place into a medium bowl. Using two forks, pull the chicken apart until it it’s nicely shredded.
-
Add Dean’s Ranch Dip and buffalo sauce to the shredded chicken. Add pinch of salt and pepper and stir until well combined.
-
Place the bottom of the sliders on a baking sheet with no spaces in between the buns (if you they are not precut, make one slice lengthwise to separate the top from the bottom). Evenly spread the shredded chicken mixture on the bottom of the bread. Top with mozzarella cheese and place the top of the rolls on top.
-
(OPTIONAL) If you're adding the ranch butter to the top of the buns, combine butter and ranch seasoning and brush the tops of the buns using a pastry brush
-
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
-
Cut into 12 sliders and enjoy!

April 2, 2020We made these and they were awesome! Just used a little less of the ranch and buffalo sauce and no salt. These will now be a weekly staple at our house. Thanks!
