Growing up in New Jersey, bagels were a pretty essential part of the weekends for me and my family. There was nothing like my Dad bringing home fresh, warm bagels on a Sunday! And now that I live in NYC where you can’t go a few blocks without stumbling upon a bagel or deli shop.
I love a good dip.. especially the part where I can’t stop eating it and then I need 2-3 weeks without any dips of any kind to recover from the destruction that took place. That’s normal right…?
- 1 cup sour cream or dairy free sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (I got mine at Trader Joe's)
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with saran wrap and let chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving!
