Grilled Peach Salad with Candied Walnuts & Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 peach
- 1/2 cup candied walnuts
- 2 cups Arugula
- Goat cheese
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions

Slice up the peach and place onto a hot grill (either a grill pan on your stove top, an outside grill, or a George Forman would work here too) for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.

Assemble arugula in a bowl and add walnuts and crumble some goat cheese on top.

Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Top with peaches and enjoy!
