
Nothing makes my day more than starting it off with a healthy smoothie bowl! I wish I had time to make this for myself every day 🙂
If you’re looking for a simple acai bowl recipe, this is it! Really the only prep work is to keep cut up bananas in your freezer on hand–I try to do this every other week and just keep them in a zip lock bag.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 packet unsweetened acai packet
- 1 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter protein powder (I like PB fit) or use 1 large spoonful of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/3 cup almond milk or just enough to get ingredients to fully blend
Optional
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Recommended toppings
- granola
- shredded coconut
- chia seeds
- peanut butter
