First and foremost… Pitaya is just Dragon Fruit! There are two types of Dragon Fruit: ones with a white inside and ones with a bright pink inside. Pitaya bowls use the pink version, giving it that beautiful, vibrant color.
There are a lot of health benefits of Pitaya. Here are a few:

Pitaya Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 packs of PITAYAPlus
- 1 banana
- About 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk you can also use coconut milk
Toppings:
- 1 banana sliced
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
- 1/2 mango sliced
Instructions

Blend 2 packs of Pitaya, banana, and almond milk (or coconut milk) in a blender until fully combined. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings! EASY PEASY!
