I’m a sucker for Shakshuka (baked eggs) and this is one of the best baked eggs dishes I’ve ever had! Located on the corner of 12th and Hudson in the West Village, Bar Bolonat is filled with natural light with its large windows that wrap around both walls that almost makes you feel like you’re eating outside without the chill of the brisk March weather.
