The chef and owner, Divya Alter, runs a holistic culinary center above the restaurant for many years. Divya specializes in a holistic, ancient medicinal system called Ayurvedic (or Ayurveda), which originated in India. An Ayurveda diet focuses on a balance of tastes and ensuring we consume important nutrients from the major food groups. The menu is based on this holistic system using organic ingredients for a vegetarian cuisine.
