I have to admit, growing up on the east coast, I hadn’t heard of a juicy beef sandwich nor did I experience a Chicago style hot dog until this year! So I don’t have much to compare it to…but food is food and this food was absolutely delicious.
If you’re not familiar with a “juicy beef”, it takes beef, slow-roasts it, slices it thin and dunks it in an au jus (light gravy) before piling it onto its bun for consumption.
