Recommended Dish(es)

Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry and whatever ceviche they have on the menu! The stir fry comes with big pieces of tender beef swimming in the most amazing, flavorful soy sauce (that I wish I could buy in a bulk bottle), topped with the most perfectly crispy and salty French fries. The whole thing is drizzled with a spicy aioli and scallions. You get a small stack of scallion pancakes on the side you can use to make little tacos as well as fresh avocado, pickled chilis, and more of the spicy aioli. This dish is meant to be shared so don’t be intimated by its price tag…this can easily be shared by 3-4 people.

The Gist

This upscale Peruvian restaurant is one of the restaurants I always refer to when people ask me “what’s your favorite restaurant?”. The food here is executed very well and it’s always consistently good!

It happens to have one of my favorite dishes….ever…the beef stir fry.

Sea Bream Tiradito (similar to sea bass) with gooseberry, ginger, black sesame and huacatay (Peruvian mint):
