Ingredients

  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter or 2 tablespoons peanut butter protein powder
  • 3/4 cup oat milk or other non-dairy milk

Optional Additions

  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high for about 30-60 seconds or until completely combined.. and enjoy!
