Raspberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Clean overnight oats recipe flavored with frozen raspberries and lemon yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic oats (old fashioned or quick oats both work well here)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice I use Three Tree's vanilla bean almond milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure organic maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mason jar or tupperware and mix well. Close/cover and leave in fridge overnight, about 12 hours. Mix again before serving and enjoy!

Optional toppings

  1. You can enjoy it as is or add your favorite toppings like bananas, fresh raspberries, cinnamon, honey drizzle, coconut flakes, chia seeds, hemp hearts (I could keep going..!!)
