Thanksgiving Leftover Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread I used simple white bread
  • Butter softened
  • Sliced leftover Turkey
  • Stuffing
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Brie cheese about 2 long slices

Instructions

  1. Butter the outsides of both slices of bread. I like to do this first, then place one piece with the buttered side down in my sauté pan and assemble the rest in there. (Tip: I like to add a little extra butter in the pan to help from burning!)

  2.  Next, layer the sandwich starting with turkey, then stuffing, the cranberry sauce followed by the brie cheese. Then top with the other slice of bread (buttered side up).

  3.  Cook on medium-low heat. I like to cover the pan to help melt the cheese. Cook until each side is nicely browned. Slice sandwich in half and enjoy this cheesy thanksgiving leftover transformation!
