• 1 store-bought flatbread
  • 4 ounces goat cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 apple (I used a Fiji apple) sliced
  • 6-8 slices prosciutto
  • arugula a small handful
  • honey for topping I used hot honey


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place the flatbread on a large baking sheet (or pizza stone if you have one). Spread the goat cheese on the flatbread. Top with apples and prosciutto.

  3. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until crispy (less time if using a pizza stone).

  4. Top with arugula and drizzle with honey. Slice and serve!
