Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee (or decaf)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar in the raw or granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of your choice
  • ice cube(s) I used two large cubes

Instructions

  1. Put instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a small mixing bowl.

  2. Using an electric mixer, beat on high for about 30 seconds or until it becomes light in color and frothy. If using a hand whisk, this may take a few minutes so get that arm workout in!

  3. In a coffee cup, add a small handful of ice and pour over milk (about half of your cup should be milk and ice) and the pinch of cinnamon and mix.

  4. Scoop the frothy coffee mixture over the milk and ice. Stir and enjoy!
