  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast 5-7 pounds
  • 1/2 cup water

Spice Rub

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper


  1. Combine the oil and other spices in a small bowl then rub all over the turkey (top and bottom).

  2. Add the turkey to your slow cooker and add 1/2 cup water, cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender.

  3. Optional: Serve with gravy, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce!
