Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 burrata balls
  • 10 oz (approximately) of small, sweet tomatoes sliced in half
  • kosher salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Optional toppings

  • chopped basil
  • balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Place your burrata ball(s) in the center of a shallow bowl.

  2. Place halved tomatoes around in a circle, with the cut side facing up.

  3. Season generously with kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Cut into the burrata to expose the inside and then enjoy!
