Buffalo Chicken Dip (Dairy-Free)

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup dairy-free sour cream I used Kite Hill brand
  • 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese I used Tofutti brand
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  • sliced scallions for topping
  • ritz crackers for serving


  1. Add your shredded chicken to a bowl microwave safe bowl (make sure it's broken down into small pieces--you can use two forks to shred it). Add all other ingredients and mix until very well combined.

  2. To serve hot, place in the microwave and heat for 90 seconds at a time, stirring until the whole dip is hot.

  3. Optional: top with sliced scallions and serve!
