Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Balls

Servings 12 balls


  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1/2 heaping cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt only use if your cashew butter is unsalted!
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips


  1.  In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine cashew butter and agave.

  2. Mix in the almond flour, oats, salt (see note), vanilla, and vegan chocolate chips.

  3. Roll the dough into about 10-12 balls and transfer to a tupperware container lined with parchment paper.

  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes and enjoy for up to 2 weeks!
