Grilled Peach Salad with Candied Walnuts & Goat Cheese

Servings 1 person


  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 cup candied walnuts
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • Goat cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Slice up the peach and place onto a hot grill (either a grill pan on your stove top, an outside grill, or a George Forman would work here too) for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.

  2.  Assemble arugula in a bowl and add walnuts and crumble some goat cheese on top.

  3. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Top with peaches and enjoy!
