Boil water in a small sauce pan. Gently drop egg into the water for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. In the meantime, prep an ice water bath. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the egg into the ice water bath for about 2 minutes.
Toast the slice of bread and set aside to cool.
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and the skin and place in a small bowl. Using a fork, smash the avocado up and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the avocado on the toast. Slice the egg and place on top. Sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
