I love that @bubbaburger is just ONE ingredient, no additives or preservatives, and it goes from your freezer to your plate in just 15 minutes. I made mine a double because... well I don't need to explain myself!! But make it a single or a double and you won't regret it! Recipe below:

-Cook BUBBA burgers in air fryer at 370 F for 13-15 min, flipping halfway
-Chop up kimchi and mix 1 part kimchi to 1 part mayo
-Remove BUBBA burger from air fryer and top with sliced American cheese -Assemble your burger on a brioche bun with lettuce, BUBBA burger, kimchi mayo and enjoy!

I have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth I have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) which causes bloating among many other symptoms due to an overgrowth of normally benign bacteria in your small intestine that normally live just in your large intestine.

This means that when you eat, those bacteria break down and ferment that food which causes the bloating. This can also lead to vitamin deficiencies (e.g., low B-12) and poor absorption of carbs, fat and proteins that can result in malnutrition.
