💛💛MASHED POTATO TIPS💛💛 1. Include 2+ g 💛💛MASHED POTATO TIPS💛💛
1. Include 2+ garlic cloves in the water when boiling the potatoes
2. Before adding in you milk/cream and butter, place them in a small pot and bring to a simmer
3. You can also add rosemary or sage to the milk/butter mixture
4. If you want to add even more flavor, brown your butter first!
5. Add a dollop of mascarpone cheese or sour cream for extra creaminess
6. For vegan friendly, use vegan butter and oat milk!
7. Use an electric mixer to get them super creamy!!
