If you love cheese and you haven't been to Melt Shop... You're doing it all wrong!
My absolute favorite was the Maple Bacon with sharp cheddar cheese, brick spread, and Maple Bacon on white bread! The flavors coming out of this sandwich were really explosive... And making me salivate right now just thinking back to eating it:
If you're feeling particularly hungry (like I was), the Fried Chicken was nice and filling! The chicken was breaded nicely, not too heavy and cooked well so that it remained juicy.
I loved the topping pairing with the slaw, pepper jack cheese, and their special melt sauce:

If you're at ALL into truffle.. their Truffle Melt sandwich is all about that.
Havarti cheese--which is a milk cow's milk cheese similar to American--is paired with arugula and truffle oil and served on sourdough bread is just all the right combinations!
What's a grilled cheese joint without an awesome milkshake to boot? I love a good Oreo and vanilla ice cream shake and Meltshop's did not disappoint:
I love that they have the choice of adding gluten free bread (well, not for myself but my gluten-free dining guests!). Here's their classic three cheese with roasted tomatoes on gluten free bread:
