Thanksgiving Leftover Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread I used simple white bread
- Butter softened
- Sliced leftover Turkey
- Stuffing
- Cranberry Sauce
- Brie cheese about 2 long slices
Instructions
-
Butter the outsides of both slices of bread. I like to do this first, then place one piece with the buttered side down in my sauté pan and assemble the rest in there. (Tip: I like to add a little extra butter in the pan to help from burning!)
-
Next, layer the sandwich starting with turkey, then stuffing, the cranberry sauce followed by the brie cheese. Then top with the other slice of bread (buttered side up).
-
Cook on medium-low heat. I like to cover the pan to help melt the cheese. Cook until each side is nicely browned. Slice sandwich in half and enjoy this cheesy thanksgiving leftover transformation!
