Every time I make this dip… it is completely DEVOURED by the end of the gathering (usually sooner). And the best part? Nobody can tell that it is dairy-free!
To make this recipe successful, I do ask that you use the exact brands for the dairy-free sour cream and cream cheese because I have tested many brands and these are the best and using other ones will result in a different and less desired result. This is not an ad for either brands, simply, they just work the best in this recipe!
Buffalo Chicken Dip (Dairy-Free)
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup dairy-free sour cream I used Kite Hill brand
- 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese I used Tofutti brand
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional
- sliced scallions for topping
- ritz crackers for serving
Instructions

Add your shredded chicken to a bowl microwave safe bowl (make sure it's broken down into small pieces--you can use two forks to shred it). Add all other ingredients and mix until very well combined.

To serve hot, place in the microwave and heat for 90 seconds at a time, stirring until the whole dip is hot.

Optional: top with sliced scallions and serve!
