
I make this almost weekly because it’s just SO good!
I personally only use organic rolled oats in this recipe but in general in my household, as non-organic oats are sprayed with pesticides, particularly glyphosate which is an herbicide.
I use frozen raspberries which I think works better here than fresh actually and are easier to keep on hand! For the lemon flavor, I use a lemon yogurt that I buy at a local farmer’s market but you can always use plain yogurt (I recommend a plain whole milk Greek or Skyr yogurt) and add in lemon zest. x
Raspberry Lemon Overnight Oats
Clean overnight oats recipe flavored with frozen raspberries and lemon yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic oats (old fashioned or quick oats both work well here)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice I use Three Tree's vanilla bean almond milk
- 1/4 cup lemon yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure organic maple syrup
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a mason jar or tupperware and mix well. Close/cover and leave in fridge overnight, about 12 hours. Mix again before serving and enjoy!
Optional toppings

You can enjoy it as is or add your favorite toppings like bananas, fresh raspberries, cinnamon, honey drizzle, coconut flakes, chia seeds, hemp hearts (I could keep going..!!)
