I love a good flatbread! They’re perfect for so many occasions–appetizers at a party, a quick meal for lunch or dinner, and a very easily transportable meal if bringing a dish to another event/house/apartment/cave/etc.
This only takes a few minutes to put together… just slicing an apple and assembling the ingredients on the flatbread! The best part is how crispy the prosciutto gets after coming out of the oven!
Ingredients
- 1 store-bought flatbread
- 4 ounces goat cheese room temperature
- 1/2 apple (I used a Fiji apple) sliced
- 6-8 slices prosciutto
- arugula a small handful
- honey for topping I used hot honey
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
-
Place the flatbread on a large baking sheet (or pizza stone if you have one). Spread the goat cheese on the flatbread. Top with apples and prosciutto.
-
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until crispy (less time if using a pizza stone).
-
Top with arugula and drizzle with honey. Slice and serve!
