I just love starting my morning with one of these Acai smoothie bowls or even having one for lunch if I know I’m having a big dinner, so with all the eating out and cooking I’ve been doing…I’ve been making a lot of them recently!This one is very similar to the Acai Smoothie Bowl I posted recently, I just added some frozen berries to the smoothie and used slightly different toppings:
Acai Berry Bowl
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 heaping cup of frozen mangoes
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of Acai Powder
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- Coconut shavings
- Chia seeds
- Edible flowers
- Optional: Sometimes I like to drizzle some honey or agave on top!
Blend the ice, banana, frozen mangoes, frozen berries, almond milk, and Acai power together.
Pour into a bowl and top with edible flowers, blueberries, coconut flakes and chia seeds!
